As Managing Principal of LDR AdmServices, LLC, Paul Doerrer brings more than five decades of experience to work for you. From teaching to instructional consulting, to serving as Superintendent of Schools, Paul is a recognized leader in areas of Curriculum Development and Design, Instructional Design and Management, and Staff Development.
Under his leadership, Ritenour School District in St. Louis was recognized as One of the Best Places to Work by the St. Louis Business Journal. While in competition with large corporations, Ritenour was the first school district in St. Louis to earn this award for providing an outstanding work environment for its employees.
Dr. Doerrer has contributed to the field of education by giving presentations in the state of Missouri and nation-wide covering topics from instructional management to community resources to schools as community. He holds numerous awards, including the Distinguished Educator Award from the Institute for the Development of Educational Activities, the Pearce Award, which is presented to the outstanding superintendent in Missouri by the Missouri Association of School Administrators, and Outstanding Emeritus Educator, also from the Missouri Association of School Administrators.
He is a member of the Missouri Association of School Administrators, American Educational Research Association, and Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development. Dr. Doerrer has received additional training through the American Management Association and the National Academy for School Executives and completed a Post-Doctoral Program on Educational Leadership and Administration at St. Louis University.
William T. Rebore has been involved with education in Missouri for the past 50 years. Starting as a social studies teacher, he also served as a secondary school principal, assistant superintendent and the superintendent of two school districts. Dr. Rebore moved from school district administration to higher education by accepting an academic appointment from Saint Louis University. During his academic career at Saint Louis University, he served as the Associate Dean of the College of Education, and the Chairperson of the Department of Educational Leadership. He is currently Professor Emeritus of Educational Leadership for the School of Education, and Managing Principal of LDR AdmServices, LLC.
Dr. Rebore has contributed to the field of education in many ways and was the recipient of the “Friend of Education” Award from the Missouri Association of Secondary School Principals.
In addition to his years of service as a teacher and administrator, he authored/co-authored two books in the area of School Finance and School Business Administration. He has served as a consultant to traditional Public School Districts, Charter Schools, educational organizations, and Private Schools in the areas of Educational Leadership, School Finance, Strategic Planning, School Board Operations, and Year-Round Schools.
He has also conducted executive searches for School Districts and Charter Schools over the past several years. At Saint Louis University, Dr. Rebore was responsible for creating and developing the Executive Doctor of Education Program and the Principals Center for Urban Schools.
As Executive Director of Client Services for LDR AdmServices, Randal Charles brings to your school district a very unique set of experiences. Born and raised in rural Missouri, he attended the University of Missouri - Columbia and, after earning his degree in just three years, his teaching career began as a high school calculus teacher. Since then, his professional career in public education has spanned over forty years, including work in rural Missouri school districts (Audrain, Shelby and Marion counties), as well as school districts in South St. Louis County, North St. Louis County, Jefferson County and St. Charles County.
In addition to his years as a high school teacher, he has served as assistant principal and principal for a high school of over 2,000 students, Chief Financial Officer of a District of over 11,000 students, and Superintendent of two different school districts in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Randal Charles has instructed doctoral students as an adjunct professor at Maryville University, teaching school finance. Randal Charles continues to work as an Educational Consultant to public school districts and charter schools in Missouri.
Mr. Charles is proud of the fact that student achievement, as measured by state assessments and ACT scores, improved in every school or school district for which he served as Principal or Superintendent. In addition to these successes, he has demonstrated a high degree of success in the areas of strategic planning, school finance, human resources, employee insurance programs, school construction, and bus transportation.
